Honeycomb... Rotors - Nature perfected

Desiccant Rotors International (DRI) has spent over 200 "man-years" of research in the field of rotors, to create the ideal honeycomb / fluted media, best suited to your application.

Our scientists and engineers can work out the most efficient and economical design for your need.

The 'DRI' honeycombs/fluted media is inspired by honeycomb structure combines the advantages of weight and amazing structural strength.

It can be made highly porous due to the nature of construction of the substrate used.

Typically, the ceramic fibre paper fluted media, due to its porosity, can act host to desiccant, metal silicates and catalysts in its walls, depending upon its usage, like air drying, VOC removal, etc. Even for application like NOx removal, excellent honeycombing is possible, to provide a high velocity air passage with low substrate mass, high catalyst loading, and low heat carryover.

This is a major advantage over the conventional cordierite honeycomb carriers. The DRI fluted media can easily be used up to 800oC and can take many desiccants and catalysts according to the end usage required.
