Energy Recovery Ventilator
(ERV) .. enhances the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) without raising the energy cost.

The ERV exchanges stale, contaminated room air with fresh outdoor air and in the process recovers upto 80% of the energy from the exhaust air and uses it to precool or preheat the supply air.

The installation of ERV reduces capital/operating cost of airconditioning equipment in new and existing buildings.

The energy recovery is achieved when the energy recovery wheel slowly rotates between the counter flowing exhaust and supply air streams absorbing sensible and latent heat from the cooler air stream and transferring it to the warmer air.

Carbon dioxide is used as a surrogate ventilation index for diagnosing ventilation inefficiency or distribution problems.

Ecofresh Heat Recovery/Enthalpy Wheel

The Enthalpy Wheel, which recovers total energy (sensible as well as latent), is the only equipment which meets all the needs of IAQ, humidity control and energy saving.


The Eco-Fresh Enthalpy Heat Wheel is the new generation wheel which integrates features like selective adsorption, inbuilt purge sector to eliminate cross contamination, and many other unique features, which allows high levels of fresh air ventilations with lower energy requirements.

Ecofresh Heat Wheels are integrated in 'Make Up' AHUs, packaged AHUs, or designed in modular system to cater to larger fresh air loads for hospitals, hotels anc commercial building.
